Worldwide Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-8 business days of purchase. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Sometimes it may take longer depending on weather for dry down of painting according to its paint color richness; texture density. This ensures your piece receives the attention it deserves.
Free Shipping: Cecil Art will provide free shipping worldwide via World's Most Premier Shipping Lines as DHL Express, FedEx and UPS Express.
Availability: We ship to a select number of international destinations. Please contact us at support@cecilart.com to inquire about shipping to your specific location if it is not listed at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Time: Since shipping is free of cost but delivery time vary depending on the destination country and the size/weight of the artwork. It normally takes 4-8 business days via World's Most Premier Shipping Lines as DHL Express, FedEx and UPS Express.
Customs and Duties: Except for USA(Customs Charges and Duties for USA are Covered by us), Cecil Art is not responsible for any delays or additional costs associated with customs clearance in the destination country(other than USA). It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country's import regulations and pay custom duty if any.
Packaging and Handling:
Professional Packaging: We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure its safe arrival. We use high-quality, protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@cecilart.com with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork.
